Hello, I’m Ethan Meeker, a sophomore at South Forsyth High School in Georgia. Swimming has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I’ve been a dedicated member of the Swim Atlanta team since I was 10 years old. At age 16, I achieved a significant milestone by qualifying for the 2024 Speedo Winter Junior Championships in the 200 backstroke—my strongest event. Over the years, I’ve also competed at state championships and other national meets. As a freshman, I set the South Forsyth school record in the 200 Individual Medley and was honored as Forsyth County's 'Swimmer of the Year' in 2023.

Academically, I've consistently excelled in my studies, earning the designation of a gifted student throughout elementary and middle school. Currently, I'm fully engaged in a challenging curriculum, enrolled in all advanced classes as a sophmore. My academic achievements have been recognized with awards from my school, and I'm especially proud of my eighth-grade science project, which received an honorable mention at the 75th Georgia Science & Engineering Fair.

Beyond my commitments to school and swimming, I have a diverse range of interests that keep me engaged and motivated. I'm a passionate violinist, and I enjoy honing my strategic thinking skills through chess. In my leisure time, I also like playing various other games, which offer a fun way to unwind and connect with friends and family.
